Thank you for your interest in Mindfulness and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. My offerings are available for those new to mindfulness, as well as more experienced practitioners who want to deepen their practice. All are welcome. Along with 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses, I offer a variety of workshops, classes, lectures, conferences, and one-on-one coaching sessions. These are all design to improve your health, reduce stress, pain, and suffering, as well as enhance productivity, creativity, and the quality of your life. The classes will both introduce & deepen the practices of Mindfulness, Compassion, and Sanity.
